As the demand for streaming and digital content continues to grow globally, Warner Brothers Discovery (WBD) has been at the forefront of redefining and evolving its product landscape. With a particular focus on the Kids division within the KYAC (Kids, Young Adults, and Classics) organisation, this case study delves into the challenges, strategies, and results of these transformative endeavours.

Under my leadership, the product landscape evolved tremendously. Marking a significant transformation in how our international audience interacts with our content. This evolution was not just about refreshing digital platforms; it was about creating meaningful connections, driving business growth, and setting new standards in the entertainment industry.

From Ground Up:

I took charge of a monumental transformation, starting as a solo force and building out a specialised design team, which eventually grew to encompass motion designers, region-specific contractors, and interns. Together, we channeled our collective expertise to lead, iterate, and revolutionise WBD's digital offerings.

Consolidation & Direction:

Our focused efforts resulted in the amalgamation of seven distinct digital experiences spread across four regions into two globally recognised, human-centric brand products. These newly minted platforms now serve as the trusted and safe space for children, seamlessly directing them towards WBD's flagship product.
