At WBD, I navigated the complex landscape of managing diverse regional stakeholders for a global product, a role that quickly became a hallmark of my tenure. I built a young design team from scratch, mentoring interns/contractors to permanent roles and orchestrating a collaborative environment. This team, under my guidance, became a cradle of specialised talent, laser-focused on elevating Kids' digital products to new heights.

Led and inspired experience & product teams to transform client challenges into successful outcomes.
